Ophelia (XT-28-B) is a life-sized female head by XT Doll.

The head is made of silicone and features a movable jaw and pointy vampire/elf ears.

Many attributes of this head can be customized individually; for example, the skin tone, the eye color, and the hair color is configurable.

The Ophelia head was introduced in December 2023.
